Google powered G1 T-Mobile is now flooding the market as the company officially launched the revolutionary new mobile phone device featuring Google’s first ever operating system, Android. T-Mobile’s G1 phone strives to merge together communication, internet and entertainment the same way as using a desktop or notebook computer. This technology is made possible by Android, the first complete, open, and free mobile platform developed under Google’s supervision. The T-Mobile’s G1 mobile phone is expected to be the biggest competitor, by far, of iPhone and Windows Mobile based devices. Apple manufactures both the hardware and the operating system for iPhone while Microsoft Corporation licenses Windows Mobile OS to phone manufacturers.
I was doing some window shopping for notebook PC’s and this one really caught my attention – the new Sony Vaio FW Series. From a distance, I thought it was one of those portable HDTV’s they are selling but as I approached I found myself standing at the computer section and in front of me is an extra widescreen Sony Vaio notebook playing a really sleek copy of a James Bond movie. Amazing!
Anyway, I got a brochure from one of the salesman and this is what I got:
The Sony Vaio FW Series is the very first notebook with extra-wide display area of 16.4″ and features a 16:9 aspect ratio commonly found on HD televisions.
This aspect ratio removes those annoying black margins from the top and bottom parts of DVD movies. This also gives you more space for viewing two documents at the same time.
Obviously, Sony Vaio is gearing in integrating full cinematic experience on the FW series because they have already incorporated Blu-ray Disc technology on this one – one of the very first notebooks with Blu-ray disc support.
The crystal clear viewing area is Vaio’s new inclusion to its technologies: the XBRITE-FullHD LCD Technology. It is so far the clearest and most detailed notebook LCD in the market with 1080p HD quality which, again, commonly found in HDTV television.
I didn’t asked the salesman how much these things costs. Although I do have a plan to buy a new notebook on my next salary but I am sure I can’t afford gadgets as fancy as this.
OK, so searching for a free video or MP3 is real hassle. How many times have I found myself spending an hour or more just find a site that offers real free files? Try Google, Yahoo or any other search engine and what do you get? Hundreds of thousands of links that requires you to go through all those unnecessary form fill-ups, account activation and login and many of them even charge a fee. Well, I tired of that so I did my own solution and, hell, it really is working! An hour of searching for musics and videos now takes seconds. And best of all, everything is free and I can download directly from sites I did not find before. No fee. No registrations. No moving from one page to another. Just plain download.
I was searching over the net for a new copy of the DOTA 6.56 map and came accross Online Games Philippines. Not only have I got download, I also got a lot of tiups and tricks on how to play the game. Aside from the newest Defense of the Ancients (DOTA) maps, I also got information on games I really like. Cabal Online is one. They also got a comprehensive resource for the new HighStreet 5 online dance game. They have all downloads and in-game links I need for the games I always play. I need not go to some fancy online gaming website and waste hours lokking for information. It’s all there!
This is one of the three (3) videos I made for our company, Homy Electronics Mega Store. It is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia and one of the largest electronics shopping mall in the Eastern Region. I’m not good in video editing and animation is not my cup of tea. It didn’t turned out super but, hey, I think it turned out not too bad for a newbie.
In this video, some Saudi Arabian teens can be seen doing some motorcycle stunts despite of Saudi Arabia’s very strict law and religious standards. The stunt ended up in a bad accident.
Next to biting my nails, probably, my most favorite hobby of all is reading novels. I can still remember some people’s comments on how obsessive I am when it comes to reading books. I can start reading a book in bed after waking up in the morning and can manage to stay that way until evening (I prefer reading while lying in bed. It somehow lays down my brain in a really flat, relaxed manner so I can record what I’m reading more efficiently. If I turn the other way it means I am already recording on side “B”.)
There are only few authors whom I trust enough to lend my interest to. One of them is Michael Crichton. The other is Stephen King. Although I tend to lean more on the Crichton side. By the way, Crichton is the author of some successful movies like Jurassic Park, The Sphere, Congo, The Andromeda Strain, The Great Train Robbery and author and director of the television series E.R.
Somebody posted this video claiming it’s Britney’s Womanizer video leak. Actually, it’s not. Some part of it were taken from the Ms. Spear’s Toxic” video. Anyway, you may want to take a look at it and see for yourself.
